Thank you for subscribing to Social Radar. We want you to be fully satisfied with our Services. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding subscription refunds.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
This applies to:
- Plus Monthly subscriptions
- Plus Yearly subscriptions
- Pro Monthly subscriptions
- Pro Yearly subscriptions
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@socialradar.app within 14 days of your purchase. Include the following information:
- Your account email
- Your subscription type
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day period, our refund policy is as follows:
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, no further charges will be made.
Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window, except in the following circumstances:
- Service termination by us due to technical issues lasting more than 30 days
- Required by applicable law (such as EU consumer protection laws)
You can cancel your yearly subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)
Upgrades
When you upgrade your plan (e.g., from Plus to Pro, or from Monthly to Yearly), the change takes effect immediately. The unused balance of your current plan will be automatically credited toward the new plan via Paddle's proration system. This is not a refund but a credit applied to your new subscription.
Downgrades
You cannot downgrade your plan immediately. Instead, you can cancel your current subscription and choose a new plan after your current billing period ends. This ensures you receive the full value of your paid period.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- By logging into your account
- By contacting us at support@socialradar.app
Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will automatically transition to the Free plan after the period ends
- No refund will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period (except within the 14-day money-back guarantee window)
Reactivation
If you change your mind after canceling, you can reactivate your subscription at any time before your current billing period ends. Simply log into your account and click "Reactivate."
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (except as required by law)
- Subscriptions that have been used extensively (e.g., excessive AI analyses) within the 14-day window, at our reasonable discretion
- Refund requests due to lack of use without other valid reasons after the 14-day period
- Accounts terminated by us due to violation of our Terms of Service
EU Consumer Protection Rights
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days, regardless of the reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@socialradar.app.
Disputes
If you have a payment dispute or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at support@socialradar.app before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve any issues quickly.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our Website. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
